Cleveland Coach Mike Brown:
You can see it on the court. You can see how night in and night out they just find a way to win. Offensively they find a way to win; defensively they find a way to win. Even if it doesn’t go right they cover for each other and they get it done. You can see it in their faces, that they believe in it, they believe in it all the time and they expect to win. You can see it on Avery’s face that this team has that will. They’re a bunch of good guys that know what it takes to win a ball game. You can feel it. You can feel it from afar.
The poise that he has, the leadership that he has, you can see it during the course of ball games. They’re in a tight situation and you can tell from the look on his face that he wants to get stops. When you look at his highlights it’s about getting stops first and then offensively if something doesn’t go right he may or may not mention that, but he knows this game is won or lost on the defensive end of the floor. Offensively they’re talented enough that they share the ball, they move bodies, they set screens for one another, and they’re going to score points.

Edit: As I suspected, most fines are not paid in full. Some are even reimbursed, with interest.
