You should check up on your HVAC air filter. Otherwise it’ll look like this:
This is after not changing it for over a year and a half. Can you see the blue filter underneath? 
The enormous amount of dirt and dead skin cells had reduced airflow to the point where the filter element was warped and distorted by the air pressure from the blower motor. The thing fell apart as I tried to remove it.
