Photo Update

I’m very much behind and I apologize again. This is taking much longer than anticipated and I’m about half way through. I expect to have it 95% complete by the end of this week. Yes, this week.

Friendster, etc

I’ve been watching the number of friends I have on friendster and discovered a few days ago that someone had retracted their friend connection to me. I won’t name the party, but boy, some people take friendship very seriously :p

I’m currently finishing up the europe and l.a. pics. Sorry for any undue stress this has been causing those who accompanied me on the trips. Suck it up. haha.

Interesting Slashdot thread on life advice.

Be sure to read the article before getting to the discussion.

I like the upwind approach.

Interesting engine. The water pump “turbo-timer” seems pretty cool along w/ the twinscroll design, which I’ve never heard of on a turbo application.

This and the new R6 6 cylinder for the next gen. 3 series looks to be pretty cool, though I’d still say the new twin-turbo diesel is more interesting.

Cutaway pics of the twin turbo (turbine) design:

I hope they have the engine on display for a more detailed look at the L.A. show.
