The Ultimate Browser

New firesomething browser is out. 0.9 release. Be aware of what extensions you install. I’d do it one at a time and if something goes wrong use the safe mode to uninstall and try again. Note that 0.9 changed the extension layout so you might have to wait for your fav extension to be updated.

Try update.mozilla.org and extensionroom.mozdev.org.

Ones I like:

  • Autohide Toolbox
  • Dictionary Search
  • StatusbarClock
  • Popup Count
  • Browser Uptime — keep track of how long you’ve been wasting your time on the net
  • Tabbrowser Extensions — simply awsome, but you gotta get the settings right

If you’re missing the old theme, search for Qute.

Last bit of funny. JFGI!

I installed Tabbrowser and the whole thing simply crashed; I reinstalled the program multiple times and it still wasn’t working, and then I realized when I removed firefox that it doesn’t delete my users directory. Other than that little bit, the browser is simply awesome :) Yay for tabs.
