In school studying. round the common room…
Cho Chang’s situation similar to Pearl Harbor the movie
Not harry’s fault he has scar and tie to Voldemort
Would have been nice to go to Hogwarts with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

School is fun because of the ups and downs: Asking out people, having parties, a structured schedule, etc.

Questions: (has spoilers)

* What the heck has Dumbledore been doing since his departure from Hogwarts and why did he show up so late?
* Why wasn’t Umbridge charged with ordering the release of the dementors at Harry earlier in the book?

I don’t see them getting together, Harry and Hermione. They’ve been through so much together, I think they’re already terrific friends, and if they were BF/GF or worse — marrried–, then their interactions would be portrayed in a drammatically different fashion. With one caveat — I might be okay with it if they were made King and Queen of some wonderous place. This is a young adult’s book, not some romance novel or series (right?). To have Hermione and Harry together as a couple, it would be quite difficult to keep a proper balance between the cool stuff (the mystery, fighting, magic, adventure, and hilarity) and the luvy-duvy stuff. We already know so much about the main characters that I can’t see Rowling introducing the element of romance between the two characters without giving lots of detail. It would be easier to keep any elements of romance simple, mysterious, idealistic and flighty — which is more easily done with Harry and an outsider or Hermione and an outsider. Besides, I think J.K. Rowling identifies most with Hermione of all her characters. I don’t doubt that Harry and Ron all have characteristics from her own personality or her loved ones (like her own kids). http://www.jkrowling.com/en/ So I don’t think she would have Harry and Hermione get it on.

Anyways, those are my thoughts. -W
