I told Wayne today in the stairwell, “It’s hard to be good at really good at anything.” He responded by saying something like “Yeah, that’s why the ones that are get payed so much.” (Please correct me if I’m wrong.) I’ve been playing guitar for almost 9 months now and I still kinda suck. I’ve been trying “Double” mode on DDR and I can only get B’s on Light mode and barely D’s on Standard. It is really hard to excel. But I tell myself that I won’t know how good I can get unless I keep trying. My philosophy is that everyone has an unlimited potential and it stops only when they stop trying. I guess the hard part then is to keep on going everyday. Best of luck to all of us.
